Single Sessions

Focus on a Particular Area on the Body

Post 3-Series or Post 5-Series

  • Great to do after a 10-Series has been completed.
  • The body will be more adaptable to fine tuning.
  • Best if done 4 months to 1 year after a 10-Series.

Session Info

Extra Information

  • 75 to 90 minute sessions.
  • Includes an intake discussion, body assessment, and the bodywork.
  • It is best to have a session once a week to once a month.
  • If it is necessary to stop in the middle of the 10-Series, then it is efficient to stop after Session 3 or Session 7.


Each session is $140 with Cash/Check or $145 with Credit Card. No gratuity necessary.

Cancellation Policy

If you are canceling within the 24 hour period before your appointment, you will be charged half of the session fee.

The Rolfing Uniform

For Men:
Wear boxer briefs or a bathing suit
For Women:
Wear yoga shorts and a bra with skinny straps or a two piece bathing suit.
